That's a fact. Tea has a lower if not no caffeine at all compared to coffee. I just start drinking this kind of tea called Buy Naivetea Tea and it reallly suites my body well. It helps me detoxfy and gives me normal bowel movements.

I've not looked at the ingredient list of the Sobe green tea, but I know a lot of their drinks are loaded with sugars. One of the biggest benefits of green tea is that it is an anti-oxidant, and helps remove free radicals. Free radicals come from toxins, chemicals, sugars, over-processing, etc. So look for anything in the ingredient list that is not natural (most things you can't pronounce, for example, are not naturally occurring) or contributes to free radicals in the body.
