Hi,
This recipe is light and easily digestible. It is very helpful for excessive thirst, indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea, vomiting and stomach-pain.
Ingredients
1 cup pure water
2 tsp coarsely powdered fennel seed
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tiny pinch of cardamom
Garnish
Fresh mint leaves
Bring the water to a boil. Add fennel, sugar and cardamom, turn off heat, cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy at room temperature or mildly warm.
