Hi all,
I would like to know whether green tea contain the caffeine.
And what is the proportion of caffeine? And, is there any kind of green tea that doesn't contain caffeine at all?

Yes, in any Camellia sinensis based tea, include Green / White / Yellow / Oolong / Red (Black) / Pu-erh, all contain caffeine (the tea base for Jasmine is either Green or White tea with dried Jasmine flower, so yes, it contains caffeine as well). Caffeine is not entirely evil, it stimulates the blood flood and circulation, but when it's TOO, then it might create problem. That's why Confucius emphasized "Zhong - Yung (the middle)" philosophy. Yes all tea - green, organic green tea, white, black, red, all contain caffeine. But consuming too-much caffeine injurious to health.
