
We should pay attention to the temperature of water. The best
temperature is between 90 to 95.
Firstly, put the tea into glass. Then pour proper quantity of boiled
water and leave it for about one minute.
But making Pilochun, also called Biluochun, for it is very fresh, we
should put water into teacup firstly, then put Pilochun into the
water.
