THE POWER OF 20 AND GREEN TEA ( HIMALAYAN AMRIT KANGRA HERBAL TEA)
Green tea or Camellia sinensis: Rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant: besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue, also effective in lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots.
1. Gulab Ka Phool or Rose damascena: a mild astringent, aperient, carminative and a refrigerent cardiac tonic with laxative properties.
2. Bark of the Arjun tree or Terminalia arjuna: known to have a stimulant effect on the heart, also useful in removing stones from urinary system, besides helping in stopping bleeding.
3. Ashwagandha or Withania somnifetra: This one is an aphrodisiac. its used in relieving chronic headaches, mental fatigue, nervous exhaustion, loss of memory, loss of muscular energy. It I also helps in cases of senility, general debility and is also known to be a cardiac tonic.

5. Bari Elaichi or Amommum subulatum: This herb is stomachic and is used mainly to allay any irritation of the stomach.
6. Brahmi or Herpestis monniera: This is a cardiac and nervine tonic. Its leaves and stalks are diuretic. mainly used in cases of asthma and nervous disorders.
7. Badian-i-Khatai or Illicum verum: It helps in curing flatulence and other spasmodic affections of the bowels.
8. Dal Chini or Cinnamomum cassia:. It is a vascular and nervine stimulant, carminative, antispasmodic and haemostatic.

14. Pudhina or Mentha piperita: This is an antiseptic, deodorant, stimulant and carminative. It is useful in cases of vomiting. It also helps improve digestion, preventive for griping.
15. Saunf or Foeniculum vulgare: It is an aromatic stimulant, carminative, diuretic and a puragative. It relieves flatulence and aids in removing catarrhal matter and phlegm from the bronchial tubes. When added to tea, it helps in the treatment of insomnia.
16. Shankh Pushpi or Canscora decussate: Used to treat cases of nervous debility. It serves as a nervine and alternative tonic.
